We have descended from lineages of violence, brutality, displacement, colonialism, torture, slavery and patriarchy. When we come back into connection with our Ancestors, we open to a vast realm of healing and potential. It is ancient and yet, with the recent discoveries of epigenetics and evidence of inherited trauma, it is also new. And we are right! Ancestral work is a realm where science meets spirituality. We also become aware of a sense of carrying things that feel bigger than us or do not seem to belong to us. Why? Well because as we expand our consciousness and deepen into our personal healing journey's we seem to naturally hit a point where we realise we are missing something.
